Branch Manager
to lead and manage our operations within the
Klang Valley region
.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage branch operations including manpower planning, scheduling, and site supervision.
Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations and ensure all client sites meet service quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and service excellence.
Manage and coach supervisors, team leaders, and site personnel to achieve operational targets.
Monitor budgets, operational costs, and ensure efficiency across all sites.
Prepare performance and cost reports for management review.
Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cleaning, facilities, or service management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.
Possess own transport and valid driving license.
Able to work independently, hands-on, and results-oriented.
