Branch Manager
to lead our
Johor branch

What You'll Do:
Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales and service targets.
Manage staff scheduling, stock levels, and operational efficiency.
Maintain brand standards and uphold a positive, professional image.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a service-first mindset.
Report performance updates and work closely with management for growth strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a
managerial or leadership role
(preferably in beauty, hair, or wellness industry).
Strong people skills and leadership qualities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Passionate about customer satisfaction and team growth.
Based in Johor or willing to relocate.
