Job Description



Manage Tawau Branch sales operation

, both new trucks and aftermarket

Manage

a team of

sales advisor and service department

Attend

performance review sessions, team meetings, and conflict resolution discussions Monitor service quality, turnaround time, and customer complaints handling

Provide a good customer service

to the trucks customer Ensuring the branch sales

achieve profitability on the monthly basis

Responsible for

building a new team

at the branch level

Qualifications



At least a Bachelor's Degree

in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

At least 5 years of experience

in Sales Management, ideally within the automotive industry. Experience in truck sales or heavy equipment will be an added advantage.

Proven leadership experience

in managing teams, especially in a sales and service environment.

Financial management experience

, including achieving monthly sales targets and profitability.

Technical knowledge of truck parts

and aftermarket products will be an added advantage. Must be

willing to work in Tawau


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Tawau (Tawau): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
