Oversee daily operations of the theme park, attractions, and retail outlets.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and company policies.
Monitor visitor flow, ride operations, and facility upkeep to maintain an enjoyable guest experience.
Supervise ticketing, cashiering, and crowd management processes.
2. Financial & Business Performance
Achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue, and profit targets.
Manage budgets, expenses, and cash flow efficiently.
Review daily sales reports, approve refunds, and monitor inventory levels.
Recommend initiatives to increase footfall, average spend per visitor, and operational efficiency.
3. Leadership & Human Resources
Lead, motivate, and develop staff across all departments (operations, customer service, maintenance, and F&B).
Conduct regular briefings and ensure effective communication between management and frontliners.
Oversee staff scheduling, leave approvals, and performance evaluations.
Foster teamwork, professionalism, and accountability within the team.
4. Guest Experience & Service Quality
Ensure guests receive excellent service at all touchpoints.
Handle escalated complaints and provide timely resolutions.
Monitor cleanliness, ambience, and visitor facilities to meet brand standards.
5. Marketing & Events Coordination
Support and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase awareness and attendance.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team on campaigns, media visits, and influencer engagement.
Coordinate special events, school trips, and tourism partnerships.
6. Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) standards.
Conduct safety inspections and emergency drills regularly.
Ensure all rides, exhibits, and facilities are safe, well-maintained, and certified for operation.
7. Reporting & Administration
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Liaise with headquarters on approvals, financial claims, and operational updates.
Maintain proper documentation for audits, licensing, and permits.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of managerial experience
in theme park, attraction, retail, or hospitality operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent financial and people management skills.
Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and during events.
Passionate about tourism, entertainment, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
