Lead the bus sales department, managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to delivery
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share for King Long buses in Malaysia
Manage and motivate a team of bus sales advisors in the branches to achieve sales targets
Technical Coordination
Work closely with bus body builders to ensure customization meets customer specifications and regulatory standards.
Possess a strong understanding of bus chassis, engine configurations, emission standards, and other technical components
Liaise with technical consultants and engineers to resolve product or customization issues
Requirements:
Dynamic individual with strong technical knowledge of bus specifications
Experience in government liaison
Ability to manage sales team while maintaining effective communication with our overseas principal, King Long
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
