- Degree or Diploma
- Able to write and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 4-5 years working experience preferably in Banking/ Financial Industry
- Expose in Branch Development functions and activities.
- Good management, communication, and analytical skills.
- To plan and execute local marketing activity to achieve target assigned for branch.
- Fully adhere to operation requirement for branch operation
- Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customer.
- To ensure compliance of Branch Operational Procedure and Integrated Management System (IMS) guideline, whenever attending customers at all time
- To ensure efficient and productive counter service operations
- To plan and lead the team to achieve Sales target assigned by the Company.
- To deliver excellence quality of customer service towards customers and colleagues within the company interest.
