Job Description


Role Responsibilities BOSM is responsible for managing activities that are part of operations and services in branch and to ensure all tools and infrastructure are always in working order. BOSM must be highly motivated and is required to provide training on controls and procedures including generating constant ideas to help increase productivity and efficiency in branch to ensure branch operations and service run smoothly. Strategy Work closely with Branch Manager to ensure Operations & Service daily KPI is met. To liaise with HQ Team for any exceptional, legal, compliance and operational cases to ensure both operational and service activities at branch are managed well. Ensure superior customer service, effective and prompt communication and follow-up on all pending matters with customer. Business Provide outstanding customer experience. Ensure premises are clean and all equipment/tools are in good & working condition. Create a strong workforce by developing competent individuals in the banking operations team Ensure control, procedures and processes are adhered diligently. Ensure client data is protected and secured in fire resistance vault/cabinet. Processes Ensure branch cash vault, transactional processing documents/instructions, internal sundry and suspense accounts are reconciled and balanced on daily basis. Ensure feedback and complaints received from internal and external clients are handled diligently and within TAT. People & Talent Ensure all staff completes e-learning\'s according to schedule. Perform self-assessment in preparation for CST, CMR, GIA, BNM & Peer Review audit. Coach branch tellers on Service and Operational metrics, measurable service standard and teller referrals. Risk Management Prepare audit reports and action plans for all audit findings. Check and verify on-boarding applications form on CDD and regulatory aspects. Consistently lead daily huddles, weekly/monthly branch meetings and attend concalls organised by stakeholders. Governance Ensure compliance with Group\'s standards and regulatory requirements pertaining to Money Laundering and CDD. Participate and support the Bank\'s effort in combating money-laundering activities. Exercise due care and diligence on matters related to Money Laundering and CDD in the day to day operations, which include account opening and reviews, transaction monitoring, suspicions activity reporting during client communication. Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the .
