Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer consultation, or branch management (beauty, wellness, or haircare industry preferred).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong consultation skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small-to-medium team.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools (POS systems)
Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic, sales-driven, and customer-focused Branch Sales Manager to lead the daily operations of our hair spa branch. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, providing expert consultations to customers, leading the service team, and ensuring smooth branch operations. A strong background in sales and customer consultation is essential.
1. Branch Management & Operations
Oversee daily branch operations to ensure service quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Manage staff schedules, performance, and workflow to maintain operational efficiency.
Monitor branch inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
Implement branch policies, procedures, and service standards consistently.
2. Sales Leadership & Performance
Achieve monthly and quarterly branch sales targets, including service, treatment, and package sales.
Lead sales initiatives, promotions, and upselling activities within the branch.
Review sales performance and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Train and guide team members to improve sales capability and customer experience.
3. Customer Consultation & Upselling
Provide professional, personalized consultations to customers based on their hair and scalp needs.
Recommend suitable services, treatments, and packages tailored to customer concerns.
Effectively upsell premium services or add-ons to enhance customer value and experience.
Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat visits.
4. Team Leadership & Customer Experience
Motivate, coach, and mentor the team to uphold high service and sales standards.
Handle complex customer inquiries, complaints, or escalations professionally.
Ensure every customer receives a warm, consistent, and premium spa experience.
5. Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Track KPIs such as sales conversions, customer retention, service usage, and team performance.
Ensure compliance with all operational and financial procedures.
