Requirements

• Experience in managing retail outlet or branch operation
• Experience in sales and ability to close package to meet sales target
• A natural people person, comfortable to meet and talk to people
• Driven and Independent
• Leadership skills
• Ability to train, motivate, manage team and lead the branch
• Presentable
• Good communication skills, fluent in English, negotiation skills and customer service oriented
• Ability to manage staff

Responsibilities
Headmistress Group is looking to hire a Branch Sales Manager to manage the sales and operations of the Headmistress outlet in Subang Jaya, Selangor. The key responsibilities of this position are to run and manage the sales and operational aspects of the outlet including:-

• Strategizing, planning and executing the marketing and sales initiatives to meet the monthly sales target
• Recommending customers for the right treatment for their scalp condition (training will be provided)
• Selling/closing treatment packages and/or products
• Managing the daily operations of the outlet
• Building customer relationships
• Staff retention, development and motivation
• Recruitment of the right talent to enhance the team
• Financial reporting
