Key Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Policy Servicing: . Attend to walk-in/call in customer\'s & agent\'s enquiry on policy related matters. . Perform data alteration up to confer authority and maintain transaction records. . Follow up on outstanding requirement. 2. Claims: . Check completeness of claim forms/documents for all type of claims including updating client\'s details & bank account number, and to record, follow up, monitor the outstanding claim status. 3. New Business: . Proposal submission screening, proposal data entry capturing and policy contract distribution 4. Finance: . Receipting, ensure daily tally of premium collection, day-end collection recording and report printing. 5. General Admin: . Record keeping, report defect of office assets/equipment/furniture, update reports on daily/monthly templates, prepare acknowledge and stamping for agency agreement. 6. Any other duties that the Company may assign from time to time.
