Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure full compliance with the
MSB Act

BNM guidelines
, and internal SOPs
Monitor
AML/CFT, CDD/ECDD, STR/CTR
obligations and escalate risks where necessary
Prepare for and support audit and regulatory inspections
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, motivate, and train tellers and frontliners to deliver high performance
Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and staff development
Foster a compliance-driven and customer-focused culture
Customer Service & Business Growth
Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve escalated issues
Drive branch KPIs, performance targets, and support company growth initiatives

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
