Job Description


Working Days & Hours :

  • Working Hours: From 8:00 am to 5.30pm
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday
Job Requirements :
  • Diploma/Degree in Business/Management/Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years in branch/retail operations with supervisory experience, strong leadership and people skills, problem-solving.
Job Scopes :
  • Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow and maintain branch performance.
  • Supervise, train and motivate staff, manage schedules, performance and discipline.
  • Handle escalations, ensure high customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare reports, manage inventory, cash handling and ensure compliances with SOP.
  • Liaise with Head Office, provide updates, resolve operational issues.
