Coordinate and oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations, efficient workflow, and timely delivery of products and services. Plan and prioritise schedules, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources, equipment and manpower. Supervise and product guidance to production staff, including training, performance evaluation, and coaching to maximise productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards. Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous process optimisation. Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to resolve production-related issues and ensure seamless coordination. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Maintain accurate production records, including production output, downtime, and other relevant data, and prepare reports for management review. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure the availability of raw materials and components for uninterrupted production. Implement and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve production efficiency, quality, and consistency. Minimum of 2 years of experience in branch operations management, including production, logistics, supply chain, customer service and employee management. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams. Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel. Excels at operating in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or evenings, as required.
