Job Responsibility Supervise the daily operation of the Spa outlet from the beginning to the end of operation hours. Managing staff, including training, delegating works, improving outlet staffs performance, and other staff interactions. Ensure that the outlet is operating according to the company s standard operating procedure (SOP). Ensuring high standard of hygiene / cleanliness, safety and health matters related to the outlet as well as employees hostels are well taken care of. Check and update any matters requires maintenance work at outlet or any beauty equipments that requires repairing to the office for further action to solve IT. Administrative duties such as stock management, bookkeeping and checking employee scheduling etc. Having a great business development skills to plan and carry out improvements to improve outlet sales and making sure reach the set target for the outlet and staffs. Ordering PA supplies from vendors or request from the warehouse by applying on system and managing outlet inventory etc Carrying out advertising and marketing campaigns on outlet social media to improve business branding. Assisting staff and communicating with customers as needed. Help the staffs in dealing any difficult customers to avoid any unwanted outcomes. Handling any customer complains, solving workplace conflicts in between staffs, clients if any unwanted situation arises. Communicate the business target with outlet staffs and making sure they understand it. Identify, motivates and encourage any underperforming staffs by providing feedback and what can be done to improve it etc. Attending meeting and reporting outlet status and performance to the top management. Do any tasks required as per instruction by the top management etc. Job Requirements The vacancy is open to Malaysian only (local). Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in retails sales, management and its operation such as Spa outlets and its related Preferred those with background and experience from Beauty and Spa related industry. Strong leadership and organisational skills Preferred those who can speak many languages especially Mandarin to deal with employees and clients from various background.
