Strong administrative strength and ability to communicate clearly and efficiently, both in oral and written manner.
Able to handle invoices, PO and payments from internal and external parties in a very systematic manner.
Able to liaise and coordinate with vendors on getting quotations for premium gift items as well as printing.
Must be able to manage all office stationery collaterals\' requests.
To manage corporate gifts inventory.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred to develop annual budget.
To be responsible for compiling competitive communication activities - TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and digital space.
Evening and weekend work is sometimes necessary to meet deadlines, attend product launches, conferences, and exhibitions.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Admin/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
Candidate with 2 year(s) of working experience in similar industry or Administrative Executive preferably with at least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience can also apply.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia \xe2\x80\x93 both verbal and written.
Knowledge of other languages would be an added advantage
Strong interpersonal skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Office software especially Microsoft Excel.
Has own transportation and willing to travel.
