Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Administrative Support Executive to assist our Brand Department in executing key initiatives that enhance our online presence, customer engagement, and brand consistency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and enjoys supporting marketing efforts through administrative precision and digital savvy.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Coordination Support
Manage daily administrative operations including filing, documentation, and data entry.
Prepare business documents, reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
Maintain updated records related to sales, marketing campaigns, and product inventory.
Organize brand assets, creative files, and internal communications across teams.
Support management with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and follow-ups.
Sales Operations & Vendor Liaison
Update and manage leads database (CRM or Excel) with accuracy and timeliness.
Assign leads to sales representatives based on location, category, or campaign.
Track sales performance, daily orders, and follow up on pending leads or quotations.
Assist in preparing sales reports and dashboards for management review.
Liaise with vendors for project-based inquiries, order confirmations, and after-sales coordination.
Brand & Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing brand activities, promotions, and product launches.
Coordinate updates to product listings, promotional materials, and social media content.
Monitor social media platforms and ensure timely content updates.
Help schedule, and publish content across blogs, social media, and campaigns.
Maintain content calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or any related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content tools will be an added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
