What will you be doing? \xe2\x80\xa2 Educate, train, inspire and convert in store personnel, customers, retailers, distributors to adore and sell our brands. \xe2\x80\xa2 Representing our lifestyle brands to promote and drive sales in stores. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify leads and new accounts to engage to sell product in \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify, support and drive sales across stores. \xe2\x80\xa2 Promote, manage, and maintain incentive programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform and monitor visual merchandising to ensure product standards are in line. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify trends and opportunities within market to act upon to boost presence in market. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collect and monitor feedback to be shared with brand team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain reporting and drive engagement with and within communities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in ad hoc activities from time to time Experience and Job Fit \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledgeable of the \xe2\x80\x9cstreet\xe2\x80\x9d culture scene and fitness industry - Loves sneakers and all things fitness and wellness related. \xe2\x80\xa2 Confident in engaging various audiences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in customer service and/or sales environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Passionate about retail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Open to learn, inquisitive and a positive mindset. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good team player, able to build relationships at different levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills across all levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong command of English both spoken and written, fluency in other local languages is a significant advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and/or public holidays \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to travel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Literacy around Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
