Job Summary:We are seeking a versatile and adaptive designer with a strong understanding of color theory, layout design, and branding. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to create impactful video content, develop brand style guides, produce print materials, design templates, and even explore clothing design. This role demands creativity, a proactive approach to learning, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of color usage, layout design, and branding principles.
• Ability to adapt quickly and recognize areas for improvement in existing designs.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of Figma and Animate is a bonus.
• University education with a focus on critical thinking.
• Strong self-learning skills and a proactive approach to evolving design processes.
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.

• Ability to work independently after task discussions, with regular check-ins during morning and lunchtime briefings.
