DESCRIPTIONZALORA is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented, creative, and passionate team member with an interest in fashion to join our local team. This role is responsible for supporting the brand communications team in Hong Kong for PR and Social Media campaigns. Your work will focus on a range of writing and graphic design, with primary emphasis on creating social media assets, weekly creative writing, and influencer marketing.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSocial MediaGrow and expand both Hong Kong and Taiwan social media presence on existing platforms - Instagram, Facebook, XHS, Pinterest, YouTube;Develop new ideas on how to improve our current presence on these platforms;Create/design assets for multiple platforms - gifs, photography, graphic design, etc;Analyze social metrics. Deliver insights and learning to make informed decisions for content development;Copywriting and scheduling of posts;Community management - reply relevant comments or questions on the ZALORA accounts;Liaise with external vendors when needed e.g. photographers, studio, makeup artists.Public RelationsMaintain and grow our ZALORA ambassador program;Coordinate product loans with industry partners;Assist with ideating, executing and reporting (end-to-end) campaigns management for ZAP and internal campaigns;REQUIREMENTSUndeUndergraduates pursuing majors in Marketing/Communication Studies or related fields; graduates pursuing majors in Marketing/Communication Studies or related fields;Proficiency with Adobe Suite particularly Photoshop, Illustrator. After Effects and/or Premiere Pro is a bonus, with the ability to create graphics efficiently within tight deadlines.Willingness to handle ad hoc requests and work on various projects as needed.Demonstrated interest in creating IG reels and experience in filming them.Capable of copywriting in simplified Chinese and managing post scheduling.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative writing;Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive functions;Strong multi-tasking skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;Independent, shows initiative, resourcefulness and sense of urgency to meet deadlines;Strong attention to detail and follows through on projects.Wonder how it\'s like to build your career with ZALORA?
