Job Description
The Brand & Communications Manager is a key hire for the business, responsible to lead and establish strategic communication roadmap for the company. This role leads a team and reports to the CMO.The Brand & Communications Manager is a key role within the business, responsible to lead overall strategic communications direction for the company. The key pillars of responsibilities include:
- Increase effectiveness of the company\'s communication function by leveraging on a wide range of communication channels to engage the targeted audience
- Responsible for internal and external communications, liaising with internal and external stakeholders in implementing company\'s PR & Communications plan
- Proactively leading engagement with media and influence constructively on the image of the brand
- Build strategic relationships with government officials and the media partners
- Strategically manage challenging situations including crisis that would impact the company\'s reputation
- Bachelor\'s degree in a related field
- At least 10 years of working experience in Public Relations/Corporate Communications
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for stakeholder engagement, internal and external
- Experience in the property industry is a must-have
