Role Overview

The intern supports the creative and marketing teams by producing customer-focused visual materials, improving content clarity, and ensuring that all designs follow internal compliance guidelines. This role blends branding, visual communication, lifestyle content creation, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visual Branding & Experience Design

Create company introduction visuals that communicate values, product philosophy, and user experience focus. Develop visual series that strengthen the company's identity and highlight its unique positioning. Design customer experience materials such as thank-you cards, informational inserts, and instruction layouts.

2. Educational & Lifestyle Content Creation

Produce educational visuals such as maintenance guides, usage reminders, and healthy daily habits. Design lifestyle-oriented content that emphasizes family, wellness, and positive routines. Ensure content focuses on general well-being and avoids claims that cannot be supported.

3. Visual Compliance & Content Refinement

Update existing visuals by removing sensitive terms and applying neutral, compliant messaging. Improve product-related visuals by focusing on design, usability, and user experience. Apply an internal asset tagging system to indicate which visuals are ready for use, need review, or require approval.

4. Creative Development & AI-Assisted Design

Use AI tools to generate lifestyle visuals that align with internal creative guidelines. Develop supporting creative materials such as story cards, inserts, and extended visual concepts. Contribute to refining and systemizing the team's creative workflow.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor engagement metrics such as cover click-through rates and product page views. Prepare monthly design performance reports summarizing trends and insights. Provide recommendations to improve future visual and creative strategies based on data.
