Job Description

As the Brand Creative Designer, you will work closely with Assistant Brand Creative Manager in shaping the brand's visual of our company, ensuring consistency, creativity, and quality in all branded materials. From digital campaigns to packaging and everything in between, you'll create compelling visual content that tells our story and engages our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and evolve the visual language of our brand (logos, typography, colour, palettes, iconography, etc.) Design compelling assets for product packaging, campaigns, social media, email marketing, product launches, presentations, events, and more. Work closely with product, marketing, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visuals. Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all media and channels. Stay ahead of design trends and proactively bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the team. Organize and manage a library of design assets, templates, and creative files. Accept and incorporate feedback while maintaining high design standards and meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field. 2-3+ years of experience in branding, visual design, or a related creative role. Strong portfolio showcasing brand design work across various mediums. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual storytelling. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
