WE ARE LOOKING FOR This position is primarily intended to manage and implement brand and marketing initiatives/campaigns in line with the AIA\'s proposition and ensure a consistent application of the AIA brand, develop and recommend the right content, channels and metrics to drive awareness and engagement, ultimately influencing consideration and purchase intent. The position will require the incumbent to build strong and strategic relationships with people inside and outside the organization and readily embraces change to bring improvements to current working culture and process. The incumbent will also be responsible for Social Media strategy and support Tribe strategic objectives. Roles and Responsibilities: Support in the development of marketing campaigns/initiatives from actionable insights to drive brand consideration and key brand imageries. Manage the implementation of marketing campaigns to ensure campaigns meet business objectives and are rolled out in a timely manner. Develop content and activities / materials that will enable the distribution channels to leverage on, to drive sales performance and recruitment. Track campaign performance & perform post-mortem for all marketing campaigns including budget management and monitoring. Develop impactful sales materials, content and activities for distribution channels to promote existing / new product launches responsible to build recommendation for product name and proposition lead the crafting of the marketing story develop sales material content in Simple Language, and ensure sales materials are aligned with the AIA Brand Standards. Manage advertising/social/media agencies and third party vendors, and drives quality work at competitive rates and against agreed timelines across key strategic campaigns. Lead our social media strategy to drive engagement and positive sentiments within the social space by ensuring the postings/content on all our social platforms are fresh and relevant. Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements. Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in brand management, communications, marketing, or related field. 8 years working experience, preference will be given to those with past experience in brand marketing / advertising, social media and media planning. Familiar with social media management tools and services. Have experience in CRM, SEO and SEM is an added advantage. Have experience in budget management. Excellent verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery (Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia language writing skills required. Ability to converse and write in Chinese is an added advantage). Independent, result-orientated and collaborating with others within a fast-paced environment. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to make robust decisions under pressure with considerations of practicalities and governance. Able to manage work priorities, advertising & promotion agencies and media.
