We\'re aggresively expanding our team to accomodate new clients and opportunities and is currently on a lookout for talent to join as part our Digital & Social practice to handle key accounts in lifestyle, travel and FMCG brands. Our clients include Singapore Tourism Board, BOSCH, Garmin, Jollibee, Kanebo, Baskin-Robbins, and many others including several recent new account wins. Your role will involve working with our clients to create amazing marketing campaigns that meet business objectives. Your work should shape perception and result in action that helps our clients be successful. The task at hand will include management of client accounts, handling campaign planning, project management, working with teams across design, digital and social to deliver work that wins. You will be the link between our clients and our teams. The most important task in account management is to design the brief; a well targeted brief can be the making of a great campaign. While the work varies depending on the client, you are normally responsible for client budgets and performing a range of related marketing functions. You should be familiar with current trends across marketing disciplines and have working knowledge in digital formats such as Google Display Network, YouTube, Facebook advertising, etc. A piece of paper that says you\'re certified helps, but we\'re looking for those who will go above beyond that and are willing to learn and grow. As part of BRANDTHINK, you\'ll have the opportunity to develop and showcase your planning acumen in the context of a wider marketing communications campaign, working closely with our teams across discipline to deliver a successful marketing plan. Your contribution can shape the big picture. Job Scope: Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them. Create, Plan and Build Integrated Marketing Campaigns for client brands Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client\'s marketing projects. Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects. Project Management and Project Planning Creating project briefs, developing campaign strategies and actively pursue execution plans. Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients. Managing vendors and other stakeholders integral to the planning, execution and success of projects. Identifying accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any \'at risk\' customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained. Analysis and reporting of marketing results and performance and building insights and action plan for improvement and growth. Desired Skills and Experience: 1-3 experience in brand marketing, social marketing and digital marketing, whether with a client organisation or an agency. Keep up with multiple projects simultaneously and be able to manage schedule and workflow. Pro-active and bold with ideas. Play well with others.
