? We're Hiring: Brand Executive (FMCG/Consumer Goods) ?
Are you passionate about building brands that connect with consumers? We're looking for a Brand Executive to join our team and support the development, execution, and growth of our brand strategies.
FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
Key Responsibilities:
1) Brand Strategy & Planning Support:

  • Assist the Brand Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive brand marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Support annual brand planning processes, including market analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and identification of growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the definition of brand positioning, messaging, and consumer targeting.
2) Marketing Campaign Development & Execution:
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Digital, Communications, Product Development) and external agencies (e.g., advertising, media, PR) in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, social media).
  • Coordinate the production of marketing assets, ensuring brand guidelines are consistently applied across all materials.
  • Support the creation of compelling product launch campaigns and ongoing brand communication efforts.
3) Market & Consumer Insights:
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to identify insights and translate them into actionable brand strategies.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics, sales data, and market share, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in conducting consumer research and focus groups to gather feedback and validate marketing initiatives.
4) Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Act as a central point of contact, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between the Brand Marketing team and other departments such as Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and R&D.
  • Ensure alignment of brand objectives with sales targets and distribution strategies.
  • Prepare and present brand updates and marketing plans to internal stakeholders.
5) Budget Management Support:
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenditures, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources for various campaigns and initiatives.
6) New Product Launch Support:
  • Work closely with Product Development and Sales teams to ensure successful new product introductions, including preparing launch materials, sales toolkits, and training presentations.
