Brand Executive

is responsible for strategic communication functions to address branding and marketing needs. Ultimately, you will be managing communication projects and maintaining communication channels while ensuring the compliance with the required specifications, quality standards and timelines.

Drive and manage special projects and initiatives based on branding, marketing, or relevant needs. Develop editorial contents for monthly newsletters. Work with the team in ensuring deliverables aligned with brand compliance. Consult with departments on their design and communication needs. Utilise communication tools to distribute information in a timely manner. Ensure channels are consistently and properly utilised, and project output meets quality assurance standards. Manage expectations of various stakeholders in relation to deliver quality, timelines and planning. Provide data and report to the management in regards to employee engagement. Handle copywriting of strategic content and engagement. Process design and support requests efficiently. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or the management.

Job Requirements

Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or other equivalent fields. Minimum 1 year of working experience in Corporate Communications, Branding, or Marketing industry. Knowledge of communication practices and techniques. Creative and open mindset with good eyes for design. Good creative content writing skill. Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Tools such as AI, InDesign and Photoshop or other relevant design software. Must be organized, detail-oriented and a collaborative team player.
