Job Title: Brand Experience Executive

Location: Bangsar (5-10 minutes walking distance from public transport)

About the Role

As a Brand Experience Executive, you will be the face of our brand -- guiding customers through their journey with FRWD, from the first inquiry to after-sales care. Your role is to create meaningful connections, manage customer orders smoothly, and ensure each customer experiences the best of what our brand has to offer. You will also play a key part in achieving both individual and team revenue targets while building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers (online and offline) to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and offer solutions. Manage and process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely follow-up until delivery. Proactively update customers on new promotions, bundles, and brand offerings. Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships by delivering excellent service. Work closely with the operations, logistics, and showroom team to ensure smooth customer experiences. Support individual and group revenue targets set by the company. Follow up consistently with leads, inquiries, and returning customers to close opportunities. Assist in showroom/brand activities, events, or campaigns that enhance the customer journey. Collect and share customer feedback to continuously improve the brand experience.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or account management is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up diligently, and work towards targets. Energetic, proactive, and passionate about building meaningful customer experiences.

Able to work on a 5-day schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend (either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday).
