Job Description

Host live sessions on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with confidence and energy. Introduce and model new fashion arrivals, highlighting product features, sizes, and styling tips. Maintain professional and friendly engagement with the audience to boost interaction and sales conversion. Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, and Fashion Innovation teams to plan and script live content. Ensure all outfits, accessories, and set-ups are prepared before each session. Participate in rehearsals or briefing sessions prior to live events. Respond to live questions, comments, and feedback in a lively and professional manner. Promote key products, discounts, and campaigns effectively to maximize sales. Track daily live performance metrics (viewers, engagement rate, sales conversion). Provide feedback and creative input to improve future sessions. Uphold She Dazzle's image through excellent grooming, styling, and communication. Maintain consistency with brand tone, values, and target audience appeal.
