About IDTG Asia We are a Branding & Marketing Consultancy with a growing pool of clientele with big fat potential. Retail. Tech. F&B. Baby Care. Aesthetics. (and more to come!) Do you have a keen eye for latest digital marketing trends? We\'re looking for young & passionate individuals to join our team. With our growing pool of clientele, we are in need of fresh blood to contribute new ideas and manage campaign execution. While you will be working largely on the digital marketing side of our projects, you will also be exposed to other marketing touch-points in delivering successful campaigns: strategic planning, branding, design, events, PR and media engagement. We believe in building all-rounder talents - that is what the world needs now and that is what we aspire to guide you to be. Job Scope
- To be the brand guardian for our clients by ensuring all communication guidelines, strategy and framework are adhered to
- Directly responsible for social media activities & engagement to target audiences across traditional and new media
- To ensure clients\xe2\x80\x99 brand key messages are communicated effectively to its target audience, both online and offline
- To manage client projects and ensuring their smooth completion
- To lead the team in project & time management
- To monitor, analyse and communicate campaign results in reports and propose subsequent recommendations
- To assist in new business pitching, including research, proposal development, presenting, etc
- Have at least 6-8 years of experience in the areas of Marketing / Branding / Public Relations / Events
- Have in-depth understanding of marketing and branding, in particular digital marketing trends
- Experienced in social media management and digital strategy
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Detail-oriented and have a hands-on attitude
- Have experience in leading a team
- Strong network and familiarity of the media landscape, content creators and KOLs
- Have a strong eye for design and creativity
- Have basic knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and video editing
- Have a passion and flair for writing in English (Mandarin & Malay will be an additional advantage)
