• Work with Principal to develop food+beverage concepts as well as brand and visual identity packages for high end bars and restaurants.
• Develop well defined, bespoke food+beverage strategy documents and concepts presentations for clients including research, brand ethos positioning, Brand copywriting, Naming + Taglines, sample food and beverage menu directions and etc
• Work with graphic design team to prepare visual Identity packages inclusive of items such as logo design, menu layouts, signage & way finding design, brand collateral design, uniform design direction etc.
• Assist with the development of content and management of company 's social media and website
• Ensure that all projects are addressed and responded to in a timely manner and that all necessary communications with business partners are handled in a proactive and professional manner.
• Attendance of project consultants meetings, liaisons with architects, design consultants, owners' representatives and other

parties as required for the successful accomplishment of project work. * Participate in the review of project consultants' submissions and recommend changes.
Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Strong background as a Brand Strategist or similar role in Marketing
• Possess extensive experience with brand management and a good understanding of the hospitality/bar/restaurant industry.
• Portfolio of brand-building projects is a plus
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
• Experience developing marketing strategies based on market segmentation
• High creativity level, excellent communication and writing skills
• English fluency is a must and knowledge of design software will be an advantage
• A love for hospitality, food and beverage
• Salary and position commensurate with experience and track record.
