Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for brand management and e-commerce growth? We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to
lead our e-commerce initiatives across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and other local marketplaces
. You will play a pivotal role in shaping brand strategies, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
Drive sales and profitability by optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotional activities across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Work closely with the Head of Commercial, Country Manager, and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Studios, and Operations) to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
Monitor and analyze e-commerce market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Guide and empower the commercial team to execute e-commerce strategies effectively and meet performance targets.
Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and other critical data to senior stakeholders.
Continuously assess and improve brand profitability by implementing data-driven strategies.
Streamline processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness in online brand management.
Keep up with the latest developments in Beauty, FMCG, and Consumer Healthcare to ensure our brand remains competitive.
Take on other ad-hoc tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the brand.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience as a Brand Manager, with hands-on e-commerce experience in Beauty, FMCG, or Consumer Healthcare industries.
3+ years of leadership experience, managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
Strong account management skills, focusing on strategy, operations, and execution.
Excellent communication skills - articulate ideas clearly in both verbal and written form.
Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Commercial acumen, with a track record of successfully managing brand profitability.
Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally, fostering collaboration and growth.
Proactive, data-driven mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement in e-commerce performance.
