Job Description

As a Brand Manager, you are responsible for the assigned annual brand plan, promotional programs, budget and forecast, implementation and execution of operational plans that optimize performance, market share and revenue targets for Malaysia.

• Prepare the annual brand plans, budgets and S&OP monthly demand forecasts; and manage all marketing A&P efficiently and monitor its effectiveness to ensure a positive ROI on investments.
• Develop marketing strategies, advertising, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor, analyse and evaluate market and brand trends, consumer behaviours and competitor activity, adapt the marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions
• Lead the team in new brand launch preparations/new product development.
• Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and strong collaboration with cross functional teams
• Monitor market trends and analyse sales and IMS, IQVIA data to identify opportunities.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or Marketing preferably with an MBA.
• A minimum of 5 years in product management role in OTC/ FMCG industry.
• Experience in developing multi-channel marketing programs for retail pharmacies.
• Experience in digital marketing & social media marketing
• Strong creativity, innovative and digital savvy individual passionate about wellness.
