Job Scopes Develop and implement brand strategies based on market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis. Manage the brand budget and optimize marketing spend for maximum impact. Create and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, PR, events, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, R&D, design) to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Develop and manage brand partnerships and influencer relationships. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer preferences. Be a brand champion and advocate for our brand values both internally and externally. Essential Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in a Brand / Product Marketing You\'re a creative problem-solver, but you also enjoy numbers. Good planning and forecasting is a core requirement Customer-centricity. You\'re accustomed to asking questions about what our consumers need from us and hunting for answers This is a team sport, so you have to be able to communicate and manage internal stakeholders effectively People who bring fun to work - you can\'t bring joy to millions without embodying it yourself!
