Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing , Business or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of expenrience in brand or marketing management (experience in pet industry preferred)
• Strong communication, analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Passion for pets and the pet care industry

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
• Manage the overall brand image and ensure consistent communication across all marketing channels.
• Plan and execute annual marketing plans, budgets and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the pet industry.
• Work closely with the product development team on product launches, packaging design and pricing strategy.
• Monitor product performance and purpose marketing actions to drive sales.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns (online & offline) including pet fairs , sponsorships and events.
• Collaborate with sales and e-commerce team to create promotional activities that increase sales and brand exposure.
• Manage Social Media content and digital marketing activities to engage pet owners and retailers
• Build strong relationships with suppliers,distributors media partners and influencers
• Coordinate with creative and advertising agencies for marketing materials and brand communications.
• Track and analyze campaign results, ROI and consumer feedback.
• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for management review
• Prepare monthly product order and forecast
