1. Brand & Marketing Executions
- Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns across F&B retail and FMCG channels.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, and internal stakeholders to deliver campaign materials, content and activations.
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, collaborations, and brand partnerships.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and consumer touchpoints.
2. Procurement & Merchandise Management
- Manage end-to-end procurement of marketing-related items, Including merchandise, uniforms, POSM and promotions collaterals.
- Source, evaluate, and liaise with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery.
3. Retail & FMCG Marketing Support
- Coordinate in-store marketing activities such as sampling, displays, and retails activations for F & B outlets.
- Support trade marketing activities for FMCG channels, including promotions, displays, and POSM deployment.
4. Market Insights & Reporting
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights gathering.
- Track and report campaign performance, sales impact, and ROI to inform future strategies.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with supply chain, operations, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.
- Support internal communications and briefing sessions with retails and trade teams.
Work conditions: -
1) Candidate must have own transport
2) Candidate must be able to travel from JB to KL retail outlets, distributions, or event locations as required.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Proven working experience in marketing, branding, or related fields (typically 2-4 years).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and campaign management.
Good understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or marketing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (other languages an advantage).
Creative, resourceful, and able to generate new marketing ideas.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail for campaign tracking and reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
