The Brand Partnerships Intern will support administrative, research, and communication tasks, gaining hands- on experience in brand partnerships and cross-functional collaboration within the F&B industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Handle onboarding processes with malls, delivery platforms, advertisingproviders, and other partners for all in-house brands (Gigi Coffee, Super Matcha, NewJuice, HeLo Moo!).
Communication Coordination: Assist in outreach and follow-ups with malls' marketing teams to secureparticipation in campaigns and promotional activities.
Research & Analysis: Conduct research on potential brands for collaboration, market trends, andcompetitor activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as Product, Operations, andBusiness Technology to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Educational Background:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Diploma or Bachelor's program in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Work Ethic & Attitude:
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- Passion:
Interest in branding and marketing.
Strong enthusiasm for the F&B industry and a good understanding of its trends.
