You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients, ensuring that all projects are executed seamlessly, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and workflow coordination.
Translate client briefs into structured timelines, clear deliverables, and actionable work plans.
Set and negotiate realistic deadlines with clients, balancing creative quality, team capacity, and project expectations.
Oversee project progress by coordinating schedules, facilitating meetings, and managing feedback cycles to meet key milestones.
Prepare professional presentation materials, status reports and project documentation as required.
Support strategic planning and actively contribute to creative discussions to ensure brand and business alignment.
Work closely with designers, directors, and strategists to maintain consistency, quality, and project clarity across all deliverables.
Consolidate and clarify client feedback, manage revisions, and ensure expectations are communicated accurately across all stakeholders.
Key Requirements
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Language Proficiency

Technical Skills
: Experience with reporting systems, including data analysis, dashboard creation, and performance tracking tools.
2-4 years of experience
in account servicing, project coordination, or branding-related roles--ideally in a creative agency or design studio environment.
Strong project management skills
, with proven ability to manage multiple timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver projects on schedule.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
, both verbal and written--comfortable engaging with clients, creatives, and external vendors.
Ability to negotiate and set realistic deadlines

Highly organized and detail-oriented
