Job Summary:
The Branding Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance the company's image, strengthen market presence, and support business growth. In addition to strategic planning, this role requires hands-on skills in visual design, content creation, and multimedia editing to ensure consistent and high-quality brand communications across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Management
Develop, implement, and manage the company's branding strategies to align with corporate objectives.
Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all internal and external communications.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify brand positioning opportunities.
Content Creation & Creative Production
Design and edit marketing materials using Photoshop / Illustrator (posters, brochures, social media creatives, etc.).
Perform photo retouching, layout design, and image editing for campaigns.
Create and edit videos, including video editing, photo editing, and layout design for promotional or corporate use.
Manage end-to-end content production for online and offline platforms (social media, website, EDMs, corporate presentations, etc.).
Publish and manage branded content across digital platforms, ensuring engagement and alignment with strategy.
Campaigns & Events
Plan and execute brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to maximize brand visibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Product, and HR teams to align branding with corporate culture and business goals.
Support internal branding, employer branding, and CSR initiatives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or creative content roles.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Skilled in video editing, photo retouching, layout design, and publishing digital content.
Strong storytelling, creative thinking, and design sense.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Bilingual ability (English + Mandarin/Malay) is an advantage.
