As a sales representative, your main responsibility is to promote and sell our high-quality water purifier and related products.
You'll be stationed at one of our six hot spots,

Aeon Shah Alam
Aeon Kepong
IPC Mall Damansara
Setia Ecohill Mall

You don't need prior experience in sales to apply, as our team will guide and support you every step of the way. We'll provide you with all the necessary tools and training to help you succeed, including

Product Knowledge:

Learn about the features and benefits of our water purifier and related products
Understand the different types of customers and their needs
Be able to answer customers' questions and provide recommendations based on their needs

Sales Techniques:

Develop effective communication and persuasion skills
Use product demonstrations to attract customers
Use closing techniques to encourage customers to make a purchase
Follow up with potential customers to encourage repeat business

Customer Service Skills:

Be friendly, approachable, and patient with customers
Listen actively to customers' concerns and complaints
Be able to handle difficult customers and resolve issues in a professional manner
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

In addition to your sales responsibilities, you'll also be responsible for maintaining and managing the display of our products at your assigned hot spot. This includes ensuring the products are well-organized and clean.
