Customer Service

Deliver high standards of customer service. Handle customer complaints professionally with proper follow-up. Uphold the company's luxury brand image. Support basic after-sales services. Maintain and update the customer database. Guide new staff on customer service processes.

Grooming

Always be presentable and well-groomed. Comply with the Retail Grooming Standard.

Housekeeping & Visual Merchandising

Keep the store clean and organized at all times. Take care of stock, fixtures, and store furniture. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising.

Professional Conduct & Product Knowledge

Maintain strong product knowledge at all times. Be proactive and take initiative in daily tasks. Foster good communication and rapport with colleagues and customers. Always behave in a proper and professional manner.
