Compile data for sales and customer service reporting.
Adhere to daily opening and closing procedures.
Manage cash handling and sales transactions in line with SOPs.
Sales Performance
Meet individual and boutique monthly sales targets.
Customer Experience
Provide exceptional customer service.
Address customer complaints tactfully with proper follow-up.
Represent and maintain the company's luxury brand image.
Support after-sales service requirements.
Maintain and update the customer database.
Assist in training and guiding new staff on customer service standards.
Grooming & Presentation
Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times.
Comply with established grooming standards.
Inventory & Stock Management
Oversee inventory control and conduct monthly stock counts.
Perform daily stock checks; resolve discrepancies within 2-3 days.
Update the range plan according to incoming shipments.
Enforce security measures to minimize theft and losses.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date stock documentation.
Monitor merchandising to:
Control shrinkage and report irregularities.
Replenish packaging materials and prevent wastage.
Housekeeping & Visual Standards
Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Safeguard stock, fixtures, and store assets.
Ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards.
Professionalism & Knowledge
Demonstrate strong and updated product knowledge.
Show initiative and proactive problem-solving.
Build effective communication and positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
Conduct oneself with professionalism at all times.
