Handle cash and sales transactions in accordance with SOPs.
Sales Performance
Achieve individual and boutique monthly sales targets.
Customer Experience
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Handle customer complaints professionally with proper follow-up.
Uphold and represent the company's luxury brand image.
Support after-sales service activities.
Maintain and update the customer database.
Assist in training and guiding new staff on customer service standards.
Grooming & Presentation
Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times.
Comply with the company's grooming standards.
Inventory & Stock Management
Oversee inventory control and conduct monthly stock counts.
Perform daily stock checks and resolve discrepancies within 2-3 days.
Update the range plan based on incoming shipments.
Enforce security measures to minimize theft and loss.
Ensure accurate and timely stock documentation.
Monitor merchandising to:
Control shrinkage and report any irregularities.
Replenish packaging materials and minimize wastage.
Housekeeping & Visual Standards
Maintain store cleanliness and organization at all times.
Safeguard stock, fixtures, and store assets.
Ensure visual merchandising meets brand and display standards.
Professionalism & Knowledge
Demonstrate strong and up-to-date product knowledge.
Show initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
Foster effective communication and positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
