Ingredient Management:
Measure, mix, and manage ingredients, ensuring proper storage and handling for freshness.
Equipment Operation:
Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other bakers and kitchen staff to coordinate production schedules and optimize workflow.
Training Participation:
Engage in training programs to enhance baking skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a baker is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic beginners willing to learn.
Knowledge of different baking techniques and bread varieties.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
