Responsibilities
Prepare breads / pastries, including preparing doughs and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as appropriate.
Ensure production of good quality products.
Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked products.
Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures.
Ability to lift heavy items for an extended time
Ability to read and follow recipes
Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.
Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
Possess related certificate OR SPM OR Diploma OR Degree in culinary Baking.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Willing to work on shift, weekends & public holidays.
Willing to learn and able to cope with fast-paced situations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
