2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion, bridal, or consumer products.
Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within retail.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills with a practical, no-frills customer service approach.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with POS systems, booking apps, and automated retail tools.
Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays (with scheduled off days on weekdays).
Tanggungjawab Sales & Customer Handling
Supervise and support daily retail sales activities, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
Assist customers with product selection in an efficient, straightforward manner (product demonstration over personalized consultation).
Manage express fitting sessions and ensure customers are attended to promptly.
Handle basic customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Operations & Supervision
Oversee daily boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures and cashiering.
Ensure smooth execution of the boutique's express and automated processes (e.g., booking systems, QR check-ins, gown try-on slots).
Monitor and maintain stock levels; manage product tagging, pricing, and replenishment.
Maintain store cleanliness, displays, and visual merchandising according to company standards.
Train and supervise retail staff to ensure compliance with SOPs and efficiency standards.
Administration & Reporting
Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly sales reports.
Manage POS system accuracy, payment handling, and cash flow.
Coordinate with management on stock planning, promotions, and product updates.
