About the jobLocation: Kuala LumpurContract Based: Short-Term 2 MonthsRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Broadcasting Co-Ordinator, Live Press & Play - Short-Term Project. The Broadcasting Co-Ordinator will be responsible for handling press releases, communication, public relations, new media, and writing tasks. The role requires working on-site at WP. Kuala Lumpur.Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer, Communication, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with good oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts (schedule provided).
• Experience in Operations Management and Terrestrial/Multi-Channel/Digital Television Broadcast.
• Professional/technical knowledge of automation machine control.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to understand and review technical drawings (e.g., Visio).

• Assist Senior Engineer with organizing shift operations activities.
• Coordinate and assist in systems maintenance and resource planning for special events like news coverage, World Cup, Olympics, etc.
• Execute effective solutions during on-air failures and ensure the smooth presentation of live events.
• Operate broadcast equipment such as Vision Mixer, Audio Mixer, graphics, and automation systems.
• Liaise with Studio Operations, Master Control Room, TSS, and Outside Broadcast for live events and transmission.
• Ensure incoming live feed AV quality meets technical specifications and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
• Produce detailed live transmission, production, and playout reports.
