Company Background: Oil and Gas Industry

Tenure: 1 year contract (Renewable basis)

Salary: RM 3000 - RM 3500

Location: Damansara Heights

Working Hours: Normal working hours

Responsibilities:

IT Analysis & Reporting

  • Steward the end-to-end processing (requisition, ordering, delivering, goods receipt, invoicing, capitalizing etc) of cost management on CAPEX and OPEX.
  • Provide necessary analysis, statistics and reports on CAPEX and OPEX.Steward and manage vendor\'s performance on invoicing and service delivery.
  • Track and ensure timely closing on all expenditures.
  • Work with controllers and perform asset inventory and capitalization.
  • Manage vendor\'s service level performance and steward through regular reporting on KPI.
  • Work with Operations team and vendors on corrective actions on degraded performance, as well as with Account Payable for compensation on degraded service level.
  • Prepare and present relevant reports and presentations to management.
  • Manage execution of vendor\'s contracts in term of financial and service level.
  • Handling of arrangement logistics and visiting vendors.
  • Assist the team in scheduling and arranging meetings.
  • Available on-call from time to time to perform duties and/or assist in any work exigency.
  • Attend regular meetings by Retail IT and other internal groups.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors\'s degree holder preferably in IT related degree, Computer Science, Mathematics or Electrical/Electronics & Communications Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT Support related job.
  • Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Office products suite.
  • Experience in cost and schedule planning as well as corporate billing process.
  • Experience in SAP.
  • Understanding and appreciation of information security and risk management.
  • Knowledge in Payment Card Industry (PCI) and EMV tandards and requirements is added advantage.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of the local language is also a requirement.
  • Ability to document and present deliverables to external and internal groups.
  • Ability to adopt to changes and re-prioritize the deliverables accordingly.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
