Job Description
Position: Budget Management Analyst Salary: Up to RM 4000.00 Location: Petaling Jaya Tenure: 12 Months Contract (Renewable) Min Experience: 2 years in a similar role This role supports the Budget Manager mainly with the following: 1. Monthly : Compare actual expenditure against the business plan and analyze the variance. 2. Yearly : Prepare the annual business plan by collating information and assumption from the various HODs. 3. Quarterly : Prepare re-forecast and adjustments to the business plan. 4. Review and approve requests to utilize the budget. 5. Work with the Finance Team on the staff cost budget. 6. Prepare budget reports. We prefer job applicants with the following background: 1. Finance: Within Budgeting, Analysis, or Reporting 2. Analytical. 3. Good with Excel and PowerPoint. 4. SAP knowledge - the ability to extract reports.
