Job Description

JOB PURPOSES: The position will support the annual budgeting process, short-term and long -term forecasting, as well as management reporting and analysis that are required by manager. 1. Budgeting and controlling: \xc2\xb7 Control of company\'s budgeting process & ensuring full implementation and monitoring of the agreed budget. \xc2\xb7 Assist all budget owners with completing annual budget request and justifications. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with all departments about the budget schedule, to ensure department managers meet budget submission deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Consolidation of all budget data from various sources with comments, analyzing the variances. \xc2\xb7 Present annual budgets to senior managers for approval. \xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly OPEX Budget versus Actual reports as per donor format on a monthly basis and distribute to the budget holders on time. \xc2\xb7 Requests feedback on all over/under spending. 2. Reporting and financial analysis: \xc2\xb7 At month-end closing, reviewing accounting transactions to be performed accurately, fully booking as accounting standard as well as comparing with the budget. \xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly financial reports and statements: Balance Sheets, Profit analysis... \xc2\xb7 Prepares reports after S&OP Meeting: Bottom prices, Break-even\xe2\x80\xa6 compare the forecast versus Budget to support top management in decision making. \xc2\xb7 Analyze sales discounts (On the invoice, off invoices) monthly per channel and product category, and compare with the budget. \xc2\xb7 Analyze the variance such as channel mix, and product mix \xe2\x80\xa6 to give an explanation on budget variance. \xc2\xb7 Support manager in preparing updates, reports, and presentations to the Top Management. \xc2\xb7 Other ad-hoc reports from managers such as ROI of Distributors, Cash flow forecast, Business Projection for 5 years\xe2\x80\xa6 Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
