Collect and track monthly maintenance and sinking fund fees from parcel owners

To handle high-end residents
Monitor and administrate all payments related to JMB/MC\'s bank account (insurance, property taxes, 3rd party suppliers, administrative outgoings)
Maintain proper electronic and physical financial and administrative records
Liaise with all 3rd party service providers for security, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, IT equipment, and software
Liaise with local authorities for inspections and licensing (lifts, Genset, firefighting system)
Conduct and coordinate physical maintenance of building structure and equipment (swimming pool, lifts, Genset, plumbing and water supply, telecommunications equipment, CCTV, Astro, fittings, and furniture) with visiting technicians and 3rd party suppliers
Attend to complaints and requests by tenants and parcel owners
Attend and prepare reports for monthly meetings with JMB/MC committee meeting
Required Work Experience
Preferable to have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Have experience in Strata Property Management
Technical Skills
Basic accounting knowledge
Manage a fairly large team
Data entry into accounting packages
IT savvy and comfortable with technology (Trello, Windows, Ms Office)
Must have strong knowledge of Strata Management Act 757
